    Combine the best of stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing to become a SUP-Yak-Fisher!   Paddle your way around the warm waters of Little Narragansett Bay while testing your core strength, balance and fitness in this paddling adventure.   Challenge yourself with new skills, play SUP & Yak games, and enjoy the company of friends while exploring our local waters.  Use kayaks to have a kayak fishing adventure.  Classes will combine stretching and fitness with fun and adventure.  

     
  • Ladies Night

    Its summer time and Thursday nights are ladies nights! Get out on the water and enjoy some girl time by combining the best of standup paddle boarding with kayaking. Paddle your way around the warm waters of Little Narragansett Bay. Discover your core strength, balance and fitness through these paddle adventures. Challenge yourself with new skills, take yoga to the water with SUP Yoga, and enjoy the company of friends while exploring our local waters.  Classes will combine stretching and fitness with fun and adventure. All levels welcomed.

    Let’s face it, seafood is delicious, but the path your seafood takes from water to waiter has varying impacts on the world’s ocean.  Experiment and simulate different fishing techniques to determine the best means of avoiding bycatch, overfishing, and habitat destruction.  Learn about aquaculture and propose and design your own idea to the NESS Fishery Judges.

    Dive deep into many local marine ecosystems including crowded benthic communities, tide pools, and dynamic coastlines.  Try your luck at fishing and crabbing as you interpret environmental signs to find the best places to catch these wild animals!  Get an exciting introduction to stand up paddle boarding and test your navigation skills with geocaching.  Includes: fishing, geocaching, stand up paddle boarding, boat trip, & snorkeling

    Includes: fishing, stand up paddle boarding, snorkel adventures, playing in the salt pond and the ocean.

  • Paddle and explore Little Narragansett Bay during the best months of the year.  Kayak to estuaries, coves, islands, and other places where power boats are not able to go.  Snorkel the warm waters of the harbor and the bay, while learning about local ecosystems and the species that inhabit them. No previous kayaking experience is necessary, but an interest in the ocean, snorkeling, and kayaking is a must for this adventure week. 
    Includes: snorkeling & kayaking

    $220/week
