Blue Fish Tacos

Catch 2 (18-24 inch) bluefish (not the big ones, they taste like fish oil, and then you will say that bluefish doesn’t taste good)

Filet each side off but leave skin and scales on, this step is important Run your finger along the fillet and feel for any bones, remove the bones with tweezers.

Place the fillets skin and scales side on the grill.

Sprinkle taco seasoning on the meat side of the fillet and then mix the taco seasoning with mayo directly on the fillet.

Cover the grill and cook for about 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through, well done.

Take corn taco shells and heat them on the grill (pro tip: melt cheese between two taco shells).

Place some fish on the taco shell cover with shredded cabbage, avocado, little bits of habanero pepper and sour cream. These are delicious.

Alternatively, call NESS to schedule a private fishing lesson and we can help you catch those 2 blue fish for your fish tacos!
