NESS Now Uses Rozalia Project’s New Marine Debris Data Tracking App for Cleaner Oceans

June 5, 2015

As a US Sailing REACH Sub-Hub and a participant in data tracking that implements the Marine Debris Module, we now have an account set up with Rozalia Project as a clean ocean leader!

For anyone who would like to participate, please download the app here (http://www.marinedebris.engr.uga.edu/). Then, anytime you pick up marine debris, sign into the app as "NESS" (with password "cleanocean") and record what you’ve collected. Any data you enter is tallied and geo-stamped by the Rozalia Project. Since the top participating organizations will be highlighted for their efforts, we encourage our NESS family and friends, partnering schools, and organizations to sign in with our information and help us make a significant impact on our environment! For any questions, please email Mary at mhorrigan@nessf.org.
