NESS offers professional development opportunities throughout the year at NESS or at your school.

Collaborate with other teachers virtually in a project-based, graduate-level guided exploration of cutting-edge tools and techniques to develop student SEL skills through experiential learning.

Taught by Dr. Eric Isselhardt, PhD and Megan Strand, NESS Program Director, this course provides eligibility for 18 Professional Development hours.

Throughout the month of October, interact with speakers in environmental education fields, explore free resources to support your STEM curriculum, and receive the first look and training on our 2nd annual release of the NESS B-WET Tacklebox.

Thanks to NESS’s B-WET grant provided by NOAA, we are able to offer this professional development opportunity for free.
